  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Mithahara Millet Masala Rotti Mix with finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, and salt to taste.

  2. Add water gradually and knead into a soft, pliable dough — not too sticky.

  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each ball into a round rotti using your hands or a rolling pin, preferably on a banana leaf or greased sheet.

  4. Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame.

  5. Transfer the rotti onto the hot tawa, drizzle ghee or oil around the edges.

  6. Cook until both sides are golden and slightly crispy, flipping once.

  7. Serve hot with butter, pickle, or coconut chutney.

    If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.
