  • A screenshot or customer-provided payment claim does not, by itself, guarantee payment confirmation.
  • If a payment is debited but the order remains unpaid, the customer should contact customer care with the transaction reference.
  • Customers must not attempt duplicate payments without first checking the transaction status, where possible.

We do not request customers to disclose their UPI PIN, bank password, or confidential banking authentication credentials.

Order processing may be delayed while a payment is pending verification. Any duplicate or excess payment confirmed by us will be reviewed and refunded as appropriate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
