Return Policy
At Mithahara, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the item delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at desimithahara@gmail.com or WhatsApp with a photo and order details.
3. Refunds
- Approved cases will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, cancellations may not be accepted if the order is already processed.
Note: Mithahara reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request based on the case.
