  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Mithahara Millet Dosa premix and salt to taste.
  2. Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.
  3. Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame until hot.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it thinly in a circular motion.
  5. Drizzle ghee or oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.
  6. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar
