- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Mithahara Millet Dosa premix and salt to taste.
- Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.
- Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame until hot.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it thinly in a circular motion.
- Drizzle ghee or oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.
- Cook until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar
