Mithahara Millet Masala Rotti
-
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Mithahara Millet Masala Rotti Mix with finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, and salt to taste.
-
Add water gradually and knead into a soft, pliable dough — not too sticky.
-
Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each ball into a round rotti using your hands or a rolling pin, preferably on a banana leaf or greased sheet.
-
Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame.
-
Transfer the rotti onto the hot tawa, drizzle ghee or oil around the edges.
-
Cook until both sides are golden and slightly crispy, flipping once.
-
Serve hot with butter, pickle, or coconut chutney.
