  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Mithahara Millet Vada Mix with chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt to taste.

  2. Add a little water at a time to form a thick, moldable dough — not runny.

  3. Let the mixture rest for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame.

  5. Take small portions of the dough, shape into flat vadas (round with a hole in the center).

  6. Gently slide into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

  7. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.

  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney or mint chutney.

Wet your hands slightly to shape vadas easily without sticking.

    If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.
