  3. Slowly add 1 cup Mithahara Methi Powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  4. Keep stirring on low flame until the mixture thickens and comes together as a soft dough.

  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Once fully cooked, allow it to cool slightly.

  7. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into small round balls (mudde).

  8. Serve hot with sambar, spicy rasam, or a dollop of ghee.
